Who am I ?

In case we haven't met...

I’m Anna, a transformational coach, inner guide, and creative soul who helps emotionally exhausted women reconnect with their joy and heal from within—gently, playfully, and at their own pace.

As a mom of two, a lifelong craft maniac, and a lover of dance, I know how healing happens not just through talk, but through hands-on creation, embodied movement, and deep inner listening.

My background includes a Master’s in Psychology, over 600 hours of training in developmental psychology, and mentorship from brilliant minds like Dr. Gordon Neufeld, Gabor Maté, Pat Ogden, and Bessel van der Kolk. But more than anything, I lead from the heart—with intuition, creativity, and a deep trust in your inner wisdom.

In Healing HeArt, we blend coaching, art therapy, mindfulness, visualization, and soulful rituals to transform heavy emotions into color, movement, and meaning.

This is a space where healing feels light. Where you don’t have to dig through pain alone. Where each brushstroke, breath, and breakthrough brings you closer to the you beneath the overwhelm.
