Feeling of worthiness: How do you develop worthiness?

Feeling of worthiness is one that so many of us desire. But where does it come from? How to get it if you do not feel it?

I wish there was an easy answer, but it's not. Some grew lucky enough where they developed this feeling early in childhood, as by the plan of nature, around 3-4 y.o. But for many, this sense of worthiness remains elusive even into their fifties. And some, just lost it on the way of life.

Whenever the case, it is important to understand that the process of reclaiming it will not be a fast or easy one. Sometimes it feels like one step forward and two steps back.

But little by little there is a way there! Way full of exploration and inner transformation. Way that will bring new possibilities and show new colors to life!

There is a place down the lane where your feeling of worthiness does not depend on social judgment, on outer factors or comparison with others. The place where you feel confident and know what you are worth. And not just know but feel and own it!

And the road to that place has two sides

Stop:

  • Comparing yourself with others

  • Setting your goals as someone else

  • Borrowing others' values

  • Living someone's else life

Start:

  • Connecting with yourself

  • Compare yourself only with past yourself

  • Getting to know your values

  • Setting your own goals

  • Live with alignment with yourself
