About Anna

I'm not just another coach with theories. I've been exactly where you are now.

I know what it's like to be physically present but emotionally absent. To nod at your excited child while your mind races to the next task. To forget what actually brings you joy.

I'm Anna, an inner guide for conscious moms. A mom of two, craft maniac, and dance lover.

In my work I blend intellect with intuition, choosing the modalities that will actually serve you. Whatever we use, it's never about fixing you, because you are not broken. It's about reconnecting to the woman underneath the roles, the stories, and the beliefs you never chose. So you can finally live the life that's actually yours.

How I got here

I was sitting on the couch one afternoon when my son ran over to tell me something. My body was there. My mind was already three tasks ahead. And then I saw my own face reflected in his eyes, and I knew that look, because I had been the child looking at a mother who wasn't there.

You see, I grew up with a mom who was overwhelmed. There was nowhere to bring things, so whatever I was carrying, I carried alone. And I had tried so hard not to be that mother. Yet there I was. So I sat with the question: how did I get here?

It started long before that afternoon. When my first son was born, none of what I thought I knew helped. One day he was crying and I couldn't settle him, and for a moment I understood the women in the news, the ones who do the unthinkable. It passed as fast as it arrived and it frightened me badly. So I went looking for answers, and learned what kids really need in order to thrive. It was so profound I couldn't stop learning, and I couldn't keep it to myself either. So I started running parent support groups.

A few years later, life took a turn and we moved overseas. Going after anything of my own wasn't possible then, for a lot of reasons, so I decided to simply be a mom. My daughter arrived, and I put the rest of it down. That was the wrong turn. I disappeared into it, and I burned out. Which is how I ended up on that couch, with all the parenting knowledge in the world, and none of it having reached me.

That was the missing piece. It was never about parenting, it was about coming back to myself. So I went looking for the woman underneath the roles. What she wanted, what she had inherited and never questioned, what she believed a mother was and wasn't allowed to be. At one point I built an entire business, partly so I would have a reason good enough to ask for a few hours to myself.

That's how deep it runs. And it's why I know this ground, because I have walked every part of it. I'm still walking. But I know the way through, and I can take you along it.
