Privacy Policy

Overview

I respect your privacy and take care with the personal information you share with me. This policy explains what I collect, why, and the choices you have.

About me

Me First Moms is run by me, Anna Bohuslavska. I offer services, including private sessions, group programs, challenges, workshops, and free resources such as workbooks and guides.

What I collect

  • Your name and email address when you download a free resource, join my email list, book a call, or send a message

  • Anything you choose to share with me in a message, form, or booking request

  • Payment details when you purchase a program. Payments are handled directly by third-party payment systems and I never see or store your full card or bank details

  • Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies

What stays private

What you share with me in sessions stays between us. I don't discuss clients or share their stories without explicit permission. The only exception is where the law requires disclosure, for example if I believe someone is at serious risk of harm.

Third-party services

Terms and Conditions

Overview

These terms apply when you book a session, join a program, or purchase anything from Me First Moms. By booking or paying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to me before you commit.

How the work runs

Private coaching takes place weekly over an agreed period of time. Group programs, challenges, intensives, and workshops follow the schedule shared when you join.

Rescheduling

If you need to move a session, let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find another time. Changes with less notice count as a missed session, except in genuine emergencies.

Missed sessions

Life with children is unpredictable, so the first session you miss without notice can be rescheduled once as a courtesy. After that, missed sessions can't be made up.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

Private sessions within group programs

Where a group program includes private sessions, they need to be used before the program ends. Unused sessions expire with the program.

Payment

You can pay in full or choose a payment plan where one is offered. A payment plan is a commitment to the full program fee. If a payment is missed, access to sessions and materials pauses until payments resume, and the remaining balance is still owed.

Refunds

Private coaching and live group programs. If you cancel before the first session, you'll receive a full refund of what you've paid. If you're on a payment plan, that means your first payment is refunded. Once the first session has taken place, payments are non-refundable.

Intensives. A partial refund may be available if you cancel. Any costs already spent on your intensive, such as materials, venue, or accommodation bookings, are deducted.

The specific terms for each intensive are shared before you book.

Pre-recorded programs. Pre-recorded programs are non-refundable.

Products. Books, recordings, and other products are non-refundable.

Group confidentiality

Group spaces only work when everyone feels safe to speak honestly. What other women share in a group session stays in the group. You're welcome to talk about your own experience, but please don't share anyone else's stories, names, or details outside the group, and don't record sessions without permission.

Use of materials

Workbooks, worksheets, recordings, and other materials from paid programs are for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or repost them.

Free resources may be shared, as long as they're credited to Me First Moms and Anna Bohuslavska.

Coaching, not therapy

Coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and you remain responsible for your own choices and results. Please read the full Disclaimer for details.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you book or pay is the one that applies to you.

Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy

I hold an MA in Psychology and training in several therapeutic and coaching modalities, but I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological, psychiatric, or medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health condition, trauma that needs clinical care, or any medical concern, please seek support from a licensed professional. Coaching can work alongside therapy, and if you're currently in treatment, I encourage you to continue it.

If you are in crisis

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US). Coaching is not designed for crisis support.

Your choices are yours

I guide, ask questions, share tools, and offer suggestions. What you do with them is your decision. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results, both during our work together and afterwards.

No guaranteed results

Everyone's situation is different, and the outcome of coaching depends on many things, including your own participation. I can't promise specific results. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.

Practices and activities

Some of my work includes art, meditation, visualization, breathwork, movement, or time outdoors. Please take part within your own comfort and physical limits, and check with your doctor if you have any health concerns.

Free resources and content

My workbooks, guides, articles, and social media content are for general educational purposes. They are not personalized advice.
