What working together looks like

There are a few ways this can go, and the first conversation is where we work out which one is yours.

Nothing here is one size fits all. I look at where you're starting from and what you actually need, and the shape follows.

Some women work with me privately.

Some in a small group.

Some spend five days getting a feel for it first.

Some take a few concentrated days and do in that time what would otherwise take months.

Whichever it turns out to be, you won't be figuring it out alone.

The Me First Moms Roadmap

The Me First Moms Roadmap: three overlapping circles named Tune In, True Self Reconnection and Transform, with Thrive at the center. Around the edge: Mirror, Find, Mind Map, Mask Off, Foundation, Mindset, Moments, Flow, Momentum.

However we structure it, the journey moves through three areas.

Tune In. Seeing where you actually are, what you inherited without choosing it, and what you genuinely want.

True Self Reconnection. Coming back to the woman underneath the roles, and rebuilding what she stands on.

Transform. Where it stops being something you understand and becomes how you live.

They overlap, and most women move between them rather than through them in order. Some need more time in one than another. Some arrive already halfway. Where you land in it is part of what we find out.

From the women I've worked with

I could tell you what this work does. They say it better.

Ekaterina Medyanik

"The sessions felt super comfortable yet productive. What I really appreciated was how Anna didn't try to offer one-size-fits-all solutions but instead listened carefully and tailored her advice to my specific situation. Now I have a clear plan and tools to manage my life in a more intentional and effective way."

"The most helpful part was the thought-provoking questions she asked, which encouraged me to reflect and find my own answers. Often we intuitively know what's important, but in our fast-paced lives filled with endless tasks, we get stuck and lose sight of our priorities. Although the challenge lasted only five days, my relationship with my teenage son has significantly improved."

"Anna was the only specialist to whom I felt such a strong interest and safety to contact. Understanding the problems women face in their maternity makes me feel comfortable with Anna and strengthens my confidence that I really can deal with my plans and aims, and at the same time be in balance with myself and my motherhood duties."

A Roadmap Session is where it begins.

We look at where you are right now, where you actually want to be, and what's been standing between the two. You walk away with a clear understanding of what to do next and where to start.
